Located in the south side of İshak Pasha Mosque and its mausoleum in the texture of the city center marketplace and called as Akarsu Güven Çarşısı or Beylik Khan, Cafer Pasha Khan is mentioned in foundation records of Cafer Pasha who was one of the most important statesmen of Süleyman the Magnificent period according to Ottoman historical resources. Thus, it is understood that this building belongs to 16th century.
The khan has northwest-southeast direction rectangular plan. There is one door at each facade of the building.
The Khan was renovated in 2016 and brought into the service of townspeople.
