It is named after a kind of solo folk dance of İnegöl performed by dancers facing each other. It is prepared with homemade pasta that is fried with butter and pasta is combined with kofta that is coated with egg yolk and then tarhana and fried in vegetable oil. Crunchy kofta is served on a layer of homemade pasta.
