Located in Hamzabey Neighborhood of İnegöl city, the mosque doesn’t have inscription plate. It is revealed that the name of constructor of the mosque was Mehmet Bey “veled” Mustafa Paşa according to two of three foundation records of General Directorate of Foundations about the mosque in Hamzabey Neighborhood. This statesman is Hüdavendigar Sanjak Bey Mehmet Bey Bin Mustafa Pasha who was married to the daughter of Bayezid II, Hançerli Fatma Sultan.
The mosque which was built with great elaboration has rectangular plan in the east-west direction. There is a minaret with single “şerefe” (balcony) with hexagonal base and decagon block at northern corner of eastern facade. Southern, eastern and western facades of the structure were laid up with one row face stone and two rows bricks alternatively. There is a graveyard that was built of old grave stones around the mosque.
