Dough which is generally prepared for the month of Ramadan in rural areas of İnegöl is also cooked for this meal. First, boiled chicken is placed in the center of a pan. Dough cooked on sheet metal is cut in rolls and placed into a tray. It is served by pouring chicken broth and shredded chicken.
